Ifeoma Idigbe

Ifeoma is a business analyst with over 20 years professional experience in finance and human resource management. She is particularly interested in people development, and the cultural and people management issues in organisations. She is the Chief Executive of Newbridge Associates Limited, a business consulting company. Her educational background is in the Pure Sciences with a Masters degree in Business Administration and a Masters in Human Resource Management. Newbridge has recently established a resource centre, which runs a variety of development programmes, as well as finishing school programmes.

 

Ifeoma admits to a range of diverse interests that include reading, writing, walking and interior design. She writes occasionally for a number of publications, enjoys travel and has an extensive collection of paintings and objets d’art.

 

She is also involved with a number of voluntary organisations with a focus on gender, social and charitable causes. She is married with two sons.
