Adeola graduated from the University of Lagos in 1983 with a B.A in Philosophy. She thereafter obtained an LL.B from the University of Warwick, England.

Adeola has been with Deutsche Bank Trust Company, America's (formerly Bankers Trust Company, New York) since October 1, 1989. She joined the organisation as an Associate, and has gone through various trainings in London, New York, and Frankfurt, specializing in the nitty-gritty of what it is to be a Correspondent Banker.

She currently heads the day-to-day operations as a Consultant to Deutsche Bank's operations in Nigeria, managing a staff of 15 people, supervising all the operational and credit issues of over 40 banks and parastatals who maintain accounts with Deutsche Bank Offices worldwide. She also doubles as the Deputy Representative Officer of Deutsche Bank in Nigeria.

Adeola's extra curricular activities, when she is not in the office, include networking, music, football and travelling. She is married to Abiodun Azeez and blessed with two children.
