Bola Adesola is the Executive Director, Corporate and Investment Banking at First Bank of Nigeria Plc. Until her latest appointment, she was, for six and half years, the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Kakawa Discount House Limited, a financial services institution.

An Alumnus of the Harvard Business School, Bola was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1985, and has over seventeen years of banking experience with exposure both in the local and international financial markets, 9 (nine) of which she spent in Citibank Nigeria.

An honorary member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Nigeria, Bola Adesola has served in various capacities in the development of the Nigerian Money Market, the Interbank Settlement Systems and the Discount House sub-sector. She is currently a member of the NEPAD Business Group, Nigeria; Member, Governing Council, Development Policy Centre, Ibadan; Board Member, Junior Achievement, Nigeria; Member, Nigeria Economic Summit Group, amongst others.

Bola Adesola is also currently a Mentor, Fate Foundation; Member Advisory Board, Genevieve Magazine, Lagos and Member Editorial Board, Rubies Magazine.

Bola Adesola is married and blessed with 2 children.
